Our Team
Design-led. Investment-disciplined. Locally informed. Built for the long term.
DFRE approaches development with the belief that real estate has responsibilities beyond the boundaries of an individual property. Our projects are designed to strengthen the neighborhoods they become part of—whether by introducing attainable housing, preserving historic architecture, activating underutilized sites, supporting local businesses, or investing in resilient, long-lasting buildings.
